Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a dual aspect view right over the beach where I could watch the sunset every evening. Being so close to the ocean, I found myself easily wasting hours sitting by the big windows. The only downside was needing the window constantly open, but overall, a fantastic experience.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel with stunning dual aspect views right over the beach, allowing me to watch the sunset every evening. The room was clean and had a huge balcony, plus being directly above a fantastic health cafe made dining super convenient with high-quality food. However, having the kitchen devices in the same room as the bed was a bit inconvenient.
The hotel is perfectly situated directly at Venice beach, offering a unique view. The rooms are a little suite, ideal if you want to cook, with a great view of the beach and ocean, but it can get noisy from local people outside. The service is very helpful and courteous, although some staff may seem oblivious to anything beyond their computer screens. The location is superb, right on the beach, but next to a fight center which may not appeal to everyone. The dining experience is satisfactory, with a nice selection available until 9 am. Facilities are decent, and the price is reasonable.
My stay at Su Casa was a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms lacked heat due to a faulty unit and the promised view required stepping out onto the balcony, they were well-equipped with kitchen utensils. The service was a bit hit-and-miss, with extremely helpful staff but some lapses in attention. The location, though convenient for what I wanted, was overshadowed by a questionable neighborhood. The dining experience was almost like a cozy bed and breakfast with live music from the boardwalk, and the nearby cafe served delicious lattes. The facilities were decent overall, offering a comfortable stay.
Overlooking the boardwalk and beach, Su Casa Hotel was a dream location to soak in the ocean views and relax by the big windows, although the rooms were a bit small. The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff and convenient amenities. However, the constant request for money and non-beachfront televisions affected the overall experience. The dining almost felt like a bed and breakfast, and the good food was a plus. Despite minor flaws, the hotel offered a valuable stay close to Venice Beach and major attractions.
